Every hello ends in a goodbye
O-WAVE @owaveismebaby directed a cinematic masterpiece for “Get Over You” by LAWA @lalalawaaaaa. Produced by @joewuuu, the music video rightfully earned a spot as our Music Video of the Week.
The song cuts deep into the art of letting go – simple in theory, heavy in reality. In the video, a girl fights to lock away her past while “he” keeps prying it open, until she finally sets it all on fire, keeping only what matters. Walking away isn’t weakness – it’s power, because only by burning the old can we make space for something new.
Director O-WAVE shared details about the behind-the-scenes:
“The MV was completed in a very bad weather. The actors and staff all endured astonishing hardships. The process was hard and interesting, and the state was very similar to the characters in the plot, moving forward in floods and darkness.”
